Energy Reality Services given by Steven Lumiere are alternative or complementary to healing arts services licensed by the state.

The author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services does not practice medicine. The author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services does not diagnose, nor cure, nor treat disease or illnesses. Persons requiring medical diagnosis and possible treatment should seek out medical diagnosis, medical monitoring, and take responsibility for what medical actions should be taken if necessary.

Rapid Spiritual Energetic-Psychotherapy or Rapid Energy Healing of Mind and Emotions is not to be confused with licensed Psychotherapy. Rapid Spiritual Energetic-Psychotherapy is different in that it is a method of working with energies of consciousness only.

The nature of the services provided: Energy Reality Services and Spiritual Healing work with nonphysical energies, and thus may be unproven according to the FDA and AMA. Therefore, no claims can be made or are made for its effectiveness or use for treating psychiatric or physical health problems. Energy Reality Services or similar services are not intended to be a substitute for appropriate medical care by a licensed physician. Energy Reality Services are based upon the theory that nonphysical energy is the basis of reality and that by working with nonphysical energy, reality can be improved. The education, training, experience, and other qualifications of author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services consists of: BA in psychology from UCLA, personal study with numerous energy healers and spiritual teachers, training in Psychosynthesis and Regression therapies, extensive personal research and development of the use of nonphysical energies, approximately 35,000 hours of meditation, the full range of samadhi absorptions, intensive practice of Vipassana/insight meditation with absorption in supramundane jhanas and nibbana and consequent fruitions, the awakening of the divine eye, the awakening of spiritual healing power, nearly the full range of kundalini awakening, personal recovery of extensive innate knowledge and wisdom, and practice as a healer/counselor and meditation teacher for over 34 years.

The author/practitioner is a registered minister and thus is a spiritual healer and all healing that occurs with his work comes from The One Divine Source, recognized by each religion in its own way - God, Source, Tao, Nature, Christ, Bodhisattva, etc. Considering the source of the healing, the participants in Energy Reality Services shall give all responsibility for the outcome of the healing to The One Divine Source.

Some people have been reported to self-correct old-age diseases and prolong life by extraordinary and rigorous self-care efforts. Eventually everyone dies and passes beyond the physical level to a higher destination. The author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services is not responsible nor to be held liable for the inevitable death and terminal illnesses of a person no matter what age they are at the time of death. The author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services is not to be held responsible nor liable for death that is coincidental with the time of such services. The author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services can however assist the person, after death, to reach an optimal after-life destination in a higher non-physical world, if requested to do so. The author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services will be fairly compensated at the agreed upon hourly rate for the efforts requested of him in preventing death and/or assisting the person in the after-life.

Considering that the author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services works with people with varying degrees of illness that may be knowingly or unknowingly severe to mild, people with dysfunctional states of body and/or mind, people with illnesses that may inevitably progress; the author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services is not to be held liable for any progression of the illness nor any injury nor death that occurs before, during, nor after working with the author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services.

Liability Release:

Clients release the author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services from any liability for any harm or death that seems to be associated with such services.

Clients understand that the author/practitioner of Energy Reality Services cannot be expected to be 100% accurate 100% of the time, as it is unusual that anyone has such ability, and take responsibility for acquiring a second or more opinion.

Clients take complete responsibility for the effects of any actions they choose to take in response to any guidance or consultation given.

Clients understand that meditation instruction, if given, is an activity which may involve physical, emotional and psychological activity and that in case of such an undertaking there is always a risk involved. Clients understand that the instructor cannot always monitor their physical, emotional, and psychological limits, and that they are therefore responsible for assessing the risk any activity poses, and for choosing a safe course of action for themselves.

By utilizing Energy Reality services, clients agree not to involve either Steven Lumiere or the content of their sessions in any legal proceedings of any kind. Steven Lumiere reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without prior notification, cause or reason.
